ASPGulf provides advice and guidance to the Client all through-out the Discovery phase of the sales cycle: from scoping the requirement; to identifying the various dependencies, risks and behavioural patterns; capacity planning and loading scenarios; and to note the challenges that need to be factored from a hosting perspective. In essence, the exercise helps ASPGulf to help its Clients with the appropriate, right-sized Services; timely remediation (trouble-shooting) assistance for quick resolutions of support issues even as some of these issues are caused by external factors beyond its control or exceeds the Service deliverables.

“The application-layer reigns supreme.” All layers below the application layer shall endeavour to provide the functionality and environment that enhances the application’s performance, security and scalability. With the above goal crystal clear, during the pre-sales consultation, ASPGulf sets-out to: (a) understand the business drivers & imperatives; (b) comply with the immediate functional requirements; (c) plot the future growth and load; (d) address any specific operational, security and migration concerns; (e) transparently discuss the various Service options and the way forward; and (f) explain the value-proposition of its Managed Service.
Scalability & Flexibility
The Services being offered must grow and keep pace with the growth in business and is sufficiently flexible to adjust to the business dynamics. For example, the infrastructure must expand as the volume of transactions increase, new functionalities are added or the complexity of application increases. The scalability can be ensured when discovered early-on as a result of the consultative approach during the sales cycle.
Some requirements are not immediately apparent despite the due diligence efforts and under this situation, ASPGulf’s inherent flexibility to cope with the unforeseen may provide the answer.
