Solution Architecting
Microsoft Exchange Mail server application currently dominates roughly half of globe’s corporate messaging. It is poised to grow steadily and consolidate its dominance resolutely by the end of the decade. Though there are challenges from Lotus Domino and Novell in addition to Linux based shared variants, the current status quo is very unlikely to change in the immediate future. It has also been observed that more and more corporate and small-medium businesses are increasingly switching over to Microsoft Exchange based corporate messaging platform due to various reasons. Consequently and with the better expertise on Exchange platform, ASPGulf has started offering end-to-end services on the Microsoft Exchange platform.
Enterprise communication and connectivity is critical for today’s global businesses. With an on-demand workforce, requirements for messaging and collaborative services are unparalleled. ASPGulf perfectly understands an enterprise's needs and thus envisages an Exchange infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning of their messaging and collaboration infrastructure. The architecture will cover areas such as monitoring and managing the availability, health and performance of an end-to-end messaging environment. Our Exchange solution architects, in their recommendations, envision critical parameters such as:
Implementation
While undertaking Exchange implementation projects we follow a proven and practiced methodology. Typically it is a collaborative effort between ASPGulf and the client and further between various departments within ASPGulf. Initial pre-implementation kick-off meetings will list down reciprocally agreed parameters and time limits that need to be adhered. Once the pointers are identified, as part of the implementation project, a Technical Project manager is assigned on the project for complete supervision from kick-off meeting to Exchange application delivery and turnover. The project manager will form a team comprising of stake holders from both sides who will have distinct roles and responsibilities. Once the project is completed, Exchange infrastructure is assigned to a Technical Account Manager who takes ownership from thereon.
